Susan and Mark Buchanan collaborated to form Clarior Consulting. Clarior, translated from the Latin definition, means clarity or brightness. Clarior was chosen as the company’s name, to reflect its mission: “to create and deliver products and services that improve skills, communication, and cooperation leading to successful outlooks.” The husband and wife team of Clarior Consulting provide professional services to all clients. Susan delivers the workshops, while Mark manages the business. Since its inception, Clarior Consulting has increased its offerings to include conference and keynote speaking, several workshops and effective services as well as products including books, posters and other resources available on this website.

Getting Started On Stopping Bullying With Social Education Skills

Susan developed a program for teachers and parents designed to empower children and youth with stronger Social Skills. Utilizing these skills, children can deal with bullying situations in a socially acceptable and non violent manner. Other benefits include improved communication, learning and relationship skills. Susan, a published author and considered an expert on creating bully free schools and classrooms, meets with thousands of clients annually to deliver, hands on practical training and solutions. According to past participants evaluations and comments, Susan’s Getting Started On Stopping Bullying With Social Education Skills program has proven to be effective and valuable.
